bliss. pure bliss.

nothing is better than having your phone go buzzzzz, buzzzzz, and seeing the name of that boy appear across the screen. at least that's what i thought. i was completely wrong. there is something better. when you read the text and it says. "I'm in logan!!!!!!"

that ladies and gentleman, has put me in the best, giddy, blissful mood i've been in, in a very long time.

 after 4 years of pushing myself to go to seminary, and doing more make up work than i should have had to do. I GRADUATED!!

 during seminary graduation.. we learned my brother can't be left alone. because we return home noticing my dog has an attempted mullet..

 i found out what it's like to be a muscle man. yay dry suits!

boating season here i come!!!

 finally my senior pictures were taken.. after months of asking for them.

and yes i got heels. and yes.. it makes me almost as tall as my dad. and i'm not going to say how tall that is... but i love them.








so that's pretty much my life as of late.

a break from homework.

it's been six plus hours. my bottom lost feeling a long time ago. my back is aching from sitting for so long. and i'm antsy. but we've finally reached our destination. i step out into the sweet desert air. the sun immediately tickles my skin. now heading to the boat, we peal back the cover. as it's pulled back i smell a small wave of sunscreen, vinegar, and lake water. i set my feet free as i rid myself of shoes, and climb on in. the boat is then lowered into the blue green water. the next sound i hear is my favorite sound. the gurgling roar of the engine as the boat comes to life. we are now cruising across the water, surrounded by cliffs made up of orange, brown, black, and red hues. the music is blaring over the roar of the engine.  and stray water is gracefully landing on my heated skin. i quietly smile to myself. i am home.   

summer please come soon. because i long to be in lake powell.
