prom....?

i can not begin to tell you how sick of prom i am..

good thing it's not even over 

it should be over..

i am done with everyone asking me..

"have you been asked?"

"are you going to prom?" 

"who are you going with?"

"what does your dress look like?"

the reason i'm so done with these questions..

because each time i'm asked..

it hurts to say..

"no i didn't get asked."

"no i'm not going to prom."

"i'm not going with anyone."

"my dress doesn't look like anything, because i don't have one. BECAUSE I  AM NOT GOING."

and then there's the classic responses...

"ohh you'll get asked i'm sure.."

"ohh the guys are just to intimidated by you because you're gorgeous!"

" well find you a date..."

"you still have next year."

what about any of these statements is supposed to make me feel better??

yeah.. sometimes a girl just has to vent right?

RIGHT

but when april 30 comes around.

and all my friends are going to prom.

i will be partying like its 2012

you just wait and see..

people will be jealous that they couldn't join me because they were at the prom!

okay well maybe not.. 

but i can dream cant i??
